Contributor's comments: Toorak tractor is used here too - Adelaide and country areas. We used to live in Strathalbyn which is about an hour's drive out of Adelaide (rural) and there were a lot of horsey people there - they all had toorak tractors and horse boxes. we had an old fergie tractor and no horse box so we didn't fit in.

Contributor's comments: Toorak tractor is also used in South Australia.

Contributor's comments: I've heard "Burnside Bus" used in the same sense.
