Contributor's comments: This regionalism was used frequently at the Flinders Street School of Music in Adelaide during the time I was around (1991-2000).

Contributor's comments: Never heard of 'had the chad', rather 'had the bean' given the same meaning. Originally from Sydney.

Contributor's comments: Haven't heard of 'had the bean/chad' but have heard a variation in Melbourne: 'had the richard'.

Contributor's comments: Neither of these register with me, however "had the gong" was common when I was growing up.
