Contributor's comments: I grew up in south west slopes & my family has been using this term for at least 15 years - also use "Nick na b's".

Contributor's comments: I haven't heard this since I was a very, very little girl. In fact, I don't recall little boys wearing nicky na nas, just little girls. Definitely heard it in SA anyway.
