FMB's

stands for f**k-me-boots. Normally knee high (or higher) boots worn by women. Sometimes worn in conjunction with a short skirt: She was wearing a pair of FMB's.

Contributor's comments: I've often heard the term 'f**k me boots' in SA, but I can't say I've heard them called FMBs. Here, if you were in polite company, you call them instead 'follow me home boots' or just 'follow me homes'. They were exactly the same style as described here and usually worn with a very short skirt.
