Contributor's comments: "Salada" is popular with the same meaning on the Sunshine Coast and certainly around Noosa. I believe this is on your map as Brisbane. It usually, however, is used in its full form, "Salada Biscuit". The "Biscuit" adds nothing to the meaning but reinforces the play on words.
