Busy, Full of Activity, Constant coming and going - reference to Pitt Street, Sydney: "It's like Pitt Street in here".
Contributor's comments: When I was at a party in the 1970s a woman there "took a turn" and had to lie down on a couch - unfortunately said couch was on the way to the kitchen and people kept coming and going, and crowding around to see how she was or drunkenly gawk at her, anyhow, she ended up crying out "God, you'd think it was bloody Pitt Street." She seemed to get better after that.
