Contributor's comments: Ask for the same thing on the mainland and they think you mean a Swan Lager as Swan Rum is only available in Tasmania.
Contributor's comments: My great-uncle used to work in the factory where they bottled Royal Swan rum. They used to have a cheese glass of it at morning and afternoon tea time. One day he lost the top joint of his finger in the filtering machine. So it was probably swan and finger that day. And by the way, a cheese glass is one that was used for soft creamed cheese.
